 Register for Conference.
- Pay Registration Fees. If you submitted a Purchase Order, be sure to submit your invoice to your district for payment and follow up on status after the conference. CEs are not released until we receive payment.
- Click on the following tutorials if you need to access your invoice:
- Attendance: You MUST get "scanned in" and "scanned out" of EACH session to verify your attendance. Your registration badge will have your QR code which will be scanned by NYSSSWA Board members to record attendance. If you did not scan in, hopefully you signed in and out of your sessions with someone.
- Evaluations: NYSED requires evaluations for ALL Workshops/Keynote Sessions you attend. After the conference has ended, complete the online surveys at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/S3G2023StateConf
- The form is set up for you to flow chronologically from one session to the next.
- Do NOT click the "back arrows" but use the "Prev" and "Next" tabs at the bottom of the pages to navigate.
- Do NOT click "Done" until you have completed ALL evaluations or you will not be able to re-enter from that same computer. You DO NOT have to start over but can access from a different platform or another computer and complete your missing evaluations. (We can combine on the back end but it requires more work.)
- Please try to complete ASAP to help facilitate the processing of your certificate.
- Sessions and Certificates are individually released once all steps are completed and manually confirmed. I will be checking on the status of payments and evaluations on Monday's since it is much easier to process the releases in batches instead of individually. Thank you for your patience as we assemble all components.
- NYSSSWA Continuing Education Certificates will be stored and available for attendees to print as needed via their NYSSSWA member account. See Tutorials:

- If you have completed all components and after 3 weeks are still not able to access your certificate, please contact member.services@nyssswa.org
